Apollo is a software solution for warehouses enhancing efficient and effective management of your warehouse operations. It is user-friendly, easy to learn and provides full connectivity to suppliers, customers and transport, so managing your inbound and outbound deliveries and inventory has never been easier. Fully connected to customers, all documents are automatically processed and update the database in real time. This ensures that deliveries are ready on time and accurately labelled, which reduces wasted time and errors allowing you to be a seamless and responsive part of your customers supply chain.

Apollo generates a range of standard documents, such as delivery Note, bar code sheet, CMR as well as internal documents such as delivery order, pick order, loading list, transfer note and inbound delivery note.
Reporting is browser based which means it can be accessed on any device on the network. Reports can also be exported in Excel format for analysis.

EDI is integrated and comes as standard. Inbound delivery notes, delivery instructions and call offs can be received over the internet and are available immediately for further processing. Outbound communications are also automatic generating delivery notes and customs forms. For non-connected trading partners, inbound movements can easily be imported using a simple Excel based format. Keeping trading partners up to date on outbound movements is simple, with automatic emails sent containing the standard PDF delivery notes and/or Excel lists of packages.

Rental Invoicing is automated on a monthly schedule, generating detailed rental information, which is summarised into invoices.
Apollo vision
Apollo can monitor a camera feed and recognise a number plate on inbound truck or control on-site barriers to control flow, or signage providing drivers with directions to the correct location
A recent development is that Apollo can be configured to monitor a camera and when a truck comes into view, the number plate can be compared to expected trucks and there its arrival time can be noted plus send an alert to the warehouse operatives so they know to get ready to unload or load the trailer.
Apollo employs Android devices usually but an Apple smart phone can chip in at times.
Apollo uses Android based hand held scanners to handle warehouse operations - so during times when there are not enough dedicated scanners to go around, why not use a smart phone?
Thanks to some clever software, Android and Apple devices can use the forward facing camera to capture an image and analyse it for a barcode. This process takes less than a second and means that in some circumstances it can be cost effective to use standard smart phone hardware to use in the operations workflow.
Cloud based Apollo - available now
Archr have created a cloud based Apollo which can scale, and deliver great performance without needing to manage the software on premise.
Archr have been working on a cloud based system for some time, and we are now able to offer customers the option to use Apollo online, rather than only on their own systems. It is accessible from a web browser, with all B2B integration handled by Archr support staff.
